  • I have always wanted to try out this ketogenic diet as well as give intermittent fasting a serious go. While weight loss is probably one of the reasons you picked up this book, it’s just one of the unexpected and beautiful side effects of eating in a way that benefits your entire physical well being. The diet merry-go-round is confusing, dizzying, and doesn’t get you anywhere. You keep going in circles. A diet is just a meal plan. Right now, you’re already on a diet. But it’s not working. It was very interesting to read about the ketogenic diet and learn all the intermittent fasting methods. Of course, any diet should be supported by physical exertion, there are several exercises that are not difficult to perform and which do not take much time. It was helpful to read the chapter on what mistakes are and how to avoid them. I still think that intermittent fasting is better for me.
